1. Payment Policy
- All payments must be made in advance before booking or attending any tutoring session.
- Failure to complete payment will result in the cancellation of the session booking.
2. Academic Integrity
EmiratRise is a tutoring platform designed to support your learning journey.
This is not an assignment writing platform: Tutors are strictly prohibited from completing coursework, assignments, or exams on your behalf.
Any attempt to engage tutors in unethical academic practices will result in the immediate suspension of your account.
3. Cancellation Policy
- If you cannot make your lesson you have 24 hours to give us notice.
- You have 48 hours to contact us to arrange a new time for the “make-up lesson” or the system will automatically forfeit the lesson and you will be charged.
- Your make-up lesson must be attended within 7 days of your missed lesson
4. Conduct Expectations
- Students are expected to interact respectfully and professionally with tutors.
- Any inappropriate behavior may result in suspension or termination of your account.
5. Marketing Consent
By using EmiratRise, you consent to your anonymized feedback and testimonials being used for marketing and promotional purposes.
6. Changes to Terms and Conditions
- EmiratRise reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time.
- Notifications of changes will be provided via email or through the platform.
- Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
7. Termination Policy
EmiratRise reserves the right to suspend or terminate a student’s account for breaches of these terms and conditions, including but not limited to unethical behavior or failure to adhere to the payment and cancellation policies.
By using EmiratRise, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to abide by these terms and conditions.
8. Liability
EmiratRise will not be liable for any loss, damage, costs or expenses incurred by you as a result of using or arising out of the use of the platform by you.
EmiratRise will not be liable for any exam or assessment grades.
